Bradin went to the doctor the other day because he had a sore on his tongue (more about this later). The doctor said that Bradin has gained four pounds in three months. Now four pounds doesn't sound like a lot, but when he explained that most kids this age gain three pounds a year - I realized we had a problem. Because of the sore we have been letting Bradin drink chocolate milk to his heart's content and not forcing him to eat solid food as well as we should of (what can I say? I thought his tongue hurt!) So Bradin has been officially banned from drinking chocolate milk. We are supposed to offer him food and let it sit on the table until he gets hungry enough to eat it. We aren't supposed to give him anything to drink but water. Needless to say, he isn't too happy with the situation! The first day we hid the chocolate on the tallest shelf on the fridge. He saw it up there, pulled on the door of the fridge so hard that it tore off the so called "baby-proof" latch (apparently it is not a "Bradin-proof" latch) and climbed on the shelves in the fridge to reach it. The next day we hid the chocolate better. So he decided to take matters into his own hands! He decided he'd had enough, he was going to get his own cup of chocolate milk. In the picture he has slid a bar stool over to the cabinet, climbed up it and he is getting his sipper cup out. I think he is going through withdrawl! AHHHHHHH Two year olds! Especially this one! He is a hand full!

This picture is too cute. I found your blog from your comment on Joy's blog.....come on, post your ugly pic :)
Glad you have a blog now, found it on Welch blog. You know, funny thing, my cousin was a BIG kid when he was young (and i don't mean tall), anyway, his addiction was chocolate milk...he's 25 now and we still talk about his choc milk obsession.
